If you have any question or concern, please contact us through My Email Message. We will gladly accept all returns in its ORIGINAL condition. We want our customers to feel safe knowing they can return their item. If you are not happy with your item for any reason Once we receive your item back we will notify you and refund your item cost plus your original shipping fee, minus a 10% re-stocking fee from the total cost of the total value final fee + shipping. • We do not try to make money off of returns, but we have to cover cost, so we keep taking return in the future. We will not grant a refund if the following situation occurs: • The item is returned damaged. • If the item is washed. • If the item has a distinct odor such as cigarette smoke, detergent, perfume, etc.. • If item is missing any part. • If item appears to have been worn. • If the returned is over 14 days from the date the buyer received the item. These types of returned items will not qualify for a refund and it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for it to be returned to buyer. Please use first class mail service for return item
